Privacy Policy

Data Collection

Emulsi does not collect personal data from users.

Emulsi does not include:

• user accounts
• analytics
• advertising
• behavioral tracking
• location tracking
• telemetry
• external image-processing servers

We do not sell personal information or user data.

Photo Processing

Photos captured with Emulsi are processed directly on your iPhone.

Film simulation, color processing, grain, bloom, halation, and other image effects are performed locally on the device.

Captured photos are not uploaded to Emulsi, Delook, or any external processing server.

Emulsi Gallery

Photos captured with Emulsi may be stored in the app's private local Gallery on your device.

Gallery data includes the processed image and technical information required by Emulsi to display and manage the photo, such as the selected film, lens, exposure value, aspect ratio, and capture date.

This information remains within the app's local storage.

You can delete individual Gallery photos from within Emulsi.

Deleting the Emulsi app from your device may also remove locally stored Gallery content that has not separately been saved elsewhere.

Camera Access

Emulsi requests access to your iPhone camera solely to provide its photo capture features.

Camera imagery is used for live preview and photo capture and is processed locally on the device.

Photos Access

Emulsi may request permission to add photos to your Apple Photos library.

This permission is used only when:

• Auto Save to Photos is enabled, or
• you manually choose to save a photo.

Emulsi does not request permission to browse or read your existing Photos library.

Sharing

Emulsi allows you to share processed photos using Apple's system share sheet.

If you choose to share a photo with another app or service, that photo is provided to the destination you select. How that third-party service handles the photo is governed by its own privacy policy.

Internet and Third-Party Services

Emulsi does not require an account or external server to process photos.

The current version of Emulsi does not integrate advertising networks, analytics platforms, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Children's Privacy

Emulsi does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users because the app does not collect personal data.

Data Retention

Emulsi does not maintain a remote database of user information.

Photos stored in the Emulsi Gallery remain on the user's device until they are deleted from within Emulsi or the application's local data is removed.

Photos separately saved to Apple Photos are managed independently by Apple Photos and the user.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Emulsi's features or data practices change.

Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
